JHFHMC will refer me to partner community organizations for Consumer Credit Counseling & other financial counseling. I hereby give my explicit permission for JHFHMC to obtain a credit report and provide it to the partner community organization for the express purpose of evaulating my creditworthiness and ability to pay for a Habitat home. *
